Businesses with licenses issued in May must complete their CT registration by July 31st
Dubai: The UAE’s Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has issued a reminder to all juridical entities subject to Corporate Tax. Entities with licenses issued in May of any year must complete their registration by July 31st to avoid penalties, as reported by state news agency WAM. Failure to comply will result in an administrative penalty of Dh10,000.
The FTA emphasized the critical importance of meeting the registration deadline for Corporate Tax. It underscored that penalties will be imposed on individuals who fail to submit their registration applications within the specified timeframes outlined in the FTA’s Decision for each category of Corporate Tax registrant.
